2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for online purchases:

- American Express
- Discover
For established customers, we also accept checks as an offline payment method. Check payments must be received and cleared before order processing begins. Please contact customerservice@myresourcedepot.com to arrange check payments and verify eligibility.
3. Non-Accepted Payment Methods
We do not accept digital wallet payments, including Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, or Google Pay, at this time.
4. Payment Processing
- Credit Card Payments: All online transactions are processed securely through our PCI-compliant platform. Payment is charged at the time of order placement, and you’ll receive an order confirmation email once processed.
- Check Payments: For approved customers, orders paid by check are held until payment is received and cleared, typically within 5–7 business days. Mail checks to P.O. Box 11290, Richmond, VA 23230, with your order number included. Processing begins after clearance, and shipping timelines apply as outlined in our Shipping Policy.
- Currency: All payments are processed in U.S. dollars (USD).
5. Payment Issues
- If a payment is declined or fails, we’ll notify you via email to resolve the issue. Orders will not ship until payment is successfully processed.
- For check payment issues (e.g., insufficient funds), we’ll contact you to arrange alternative payment. Additional fees may apply for returned checks.
6. Security
MyResourceDepot uses industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information. We comply with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) to ensure secure transactions.
